If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Human Lab Science product purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement within 45 days of the purchase date.

 

Please note that because we cannot ensure the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Human Lab Science 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms. This guarantee is exclusively for original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at (213) 302-4201 or info@humanlabscience.com. Ensure you have details regarding the place and date of purchase, along with proof of purchase. All Guarantee requests must be submitted within 45 days from the original purchase date.

Human Lab Science reserves the right to request the return of the product. If a return is requested, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Guarantee Guidelines

Human Lab Science retains the right to verify purchase information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee. We may modify or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
